The Evolution of the steak knife!

 

From the start to the finished knife.
  Starting with the 01 steel. Cut outs Rough cuts with flat grind. Ready for the heat treating.

Good comparison shot of the steak knife on top, a 5" chopper and a 7 1/2" chopper. Hung up after heat treated ready for gluing. Gluing. Handles on. Ready for an edge and oil to be put on.
