This is a 3" paring knife that is in progress. I have a satin etched finish on it. Kitchen knife with a 6.5" blade.  Handle is cocobolo wood with mosaic pins. Kitchen knife showing a close-up of the handle. My wedding cake knife. Turns out this is an awesome pack knife. Its one of my best handles shapes and I love the olive/black micarta. Custom Carbon steel kitchen set. 3" to 8" chopper!!! Wish I still had these I favor medium size pack type knives. The kind you are sorry you left in the truck when shelter building is something you didn't plan on.

This is my go to blade for the house. Its an awesome paring knife. I use it with juicy steaks. 0-1 with purple-heart slabs. Nice etched finish. Comparison of my "stinger" kitchen knife on the right with the companion. Nice kitchen set with 6.5" all around kitchen utility and 3" paring knife. 0-1 with temper. Cocobolo handles with mosaics. 7 1/2" and the 5" Chefs knives .  Handles are canvas micarta left Grippy and ready for dinner tonight! Comparison of size. Liner view.
